What Is Covered? Our warranty policy provides coverage for certain issues when you follow the proper user methods.

Parts:

  • Handle (knob) breakage/cracking/loosening upon receipt.
  • Glass shards from the lid upon receipt.
  • Dented stainless steel rim.

Pots and Pans:

  • Dents in pots or pans upon receipt.
  • Incompatibility with induction cooktop.
  • Scratched or damaged non-stick coating.

What Is Not Covered? This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, such as decreased non-stick properties due to dry cooking.
